I find that working on a retainer lends itself to the collaborative partnership I seek to have with my clients. I work on a minimum 10 hour per month retainer. By working on a retainer I am offered the opportunity to really get to know you and what you do. It also allows me to do my job to the best of my ability. The more I know about you, the better I can assist you. Rest assured the commitment goes both ways: I bring the same level of commitment to our partnership as I know you will bring. We’re in this together! Working with a retainer means you get 15 hours of my time per month that is exclusively yours. I will bill you for those 15 hours at the beginning of the month. Be confident in the fact that I only bill for hours worked. If we go over our retainer, I’ll add those hours to the next month’s invoice. In the unlikely event we do not meet the minimum hours, they will not be carried over to the next month and because of that, we’ll be extra vigilant to make sure all of the hours are used. |
I invoice my clients through email at the end of the billing period. Clients can pay their retainter through Intuit Payment Network. I can also accept secure payments through PayPal or Google Checkout with any major credit card. The monthly retainer fee covers 15 hours of virtual assistance. Pay retainer through PAYPAL

This will not serve either of us well.
